This step is the final chat where sales happens. Connect lead to team, then track until sign-up.

Project: Make the Call

Goal: Get lead on call, decide details, and close deal.

Review all lead information before the call

Target 1: Check Slack for Plan

Step 1

Look at Division 2 channel post.

Step 2

See sales person's note on how to proceed (who calls).

Step 3

if the sales person says they will call, your main job is completed.

Step 4

if the sales person request for you to call or to call and to set up a three-way call, do the following steps

Target 2: Set Up Call - If Requested

Use tool like AirCall to connect with owner.

Step 2

If you call, share notes from talk.

Step 3

Chat on thread until done.

Target 3: Follow Steps

Access the onboarding tasks through the project management tool

Assist with discussing price per week, scheduling Zoom/FaceTime meetings

Walk the lead through the final sign-up process

Target 4: Track End

Note when deal closes

Record the exact time and date of deal completion

Log connected leads

Document all leads that have been successfully connected

Count closes—that's a key score

Your main job ends as soon as sales person calls lead that you posted in channel 2 on slack.
